Video files: Not sent to our servers; processed locally in your browser.

Payments: Toss Payments processes payment for Pro. Card details are not stored on Ssakdduk servers.

Failure logs: when an export fails we log the error code and coarse buckets (e.g. 20-60s, 20-50MB). No file name, no video content, no exact numbers.

Email address: if you enter one at checkout it is used only to send your licence key, and it is not stored afterwards (there is no database). It is optional — leaving it blank limits nothing.

Local storage: Language and free export counts are stored in browser localStorage. Plan state is not.

Cookies: one licence-key cookie (webcut-license). It is httpOnly, and the pass is re-checked against the payment record on every read. Language is not a cookie — it is part of the address (/en, /ja, /zh).

Provide the service, verify Pro expiry, and display language.
